The shipping and delivery dates are determined based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of an item can be found on its detail page.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or damaged goods. The customer pays for returns if you just 'changed your mind', but we will are happy to give you a refund, exchange or credit. Our CBD products are not returnable (even if not opened) this is also the case for razors, blades and brushes and combs - due to healthcare concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You need an Return Authorization number for us to be able to process your return. Note: items returned via collect shipping or RTS (return to sender) will have the shipping costs deducted from your credit or refund.
Expect to receive your refund within 1- 3 days from the time we receive your product back. It can takes 3 to 10 business days for the return to reach us and your credit card takes a day or two to process the refund.
